During Adam's stay at The Hampton Home, he was a great example of HOW to stay clean and sober. He modeled honesty, open-mindedness and was willing to do the work. While he stayed at The Hampton Home he did the "Do's" of sober living, daily readings and meditation every morning. He went to the gym everyday, sometimes even twice a day, he took initiative for his recovery.

"You alone can do it, but you can't do it alone"

Adam made a conscious effort to get connected AND stay connected to other like minded people in the recovery community. Coming from the Trafalgar Residence Drug Addiction Treatment Centre he hit the ground running as he arrived at The Hampton Home. He attended 12 step recovery meetings daily, making strides to place himself right in the middle of the sober community. His fearless attitude around opening up and getting honest with himself and his peers was a clear display of his willingness to stay clean and sober. Recovery is a lot of work but we are so proud of Adam and wish him all the best in his continued recovery journey. Although he will be missed he is an absolute success story and a beacon of hope for the still suffering addict.
